We look for people who build rather than only manage, who are comfortable with ambiguity, and who care about the quality of what they ship. The work is real delivery across healthcare, aviation, FMCG, energy, and more.
Engagements are project-based and quality-gated by the founders. You would work close to the detail, with senior people who review the work and stand behind it. We do not run a graduate scheme or a bench. We bring people in for real problems.
We are honest about this: there is no formal hiring process running at all times. When the work is there, we want to already know the people who fit.
